Indigenous Success Strategy

The Indigenous Success Strategy planning phase allows Indigenous students, employees and community to add their voice and vision to a strategic direction that centres Indigenous experiences, dreams and realities. We are working with Archipel Research and Consulting to support this process. Watch the kick-off webinar from September 12.

Updates

Throughout October and into November, Archipel Research and Consulting held three sharing circles to discuss perspectives on how Conestoga can support Indigenous students and faculty to enhance Indigenous education.

Virtual sharing circles took place with key administrative employees and one-to-one conversations for employees and students who could not attend in-person sharing circles.

Thank you to our students, employees and community who contributed to these important conversations.

Archipel Research and Consulting and The Office of Indigenous Initiatives are working on the draft of Conestoga's first Indigenous Success Strategy.

Further updates and access to the strategy will be shared here when completed.
