Conestoga is pleased to offer a variety of services designed to help your organization with its recruiting needs.
Virtual employer engagement opportunities
Whether you are looking to hire for the season or recruiting for a critical full-time position, we can help enhance your visibility, profile your brand, and position your organization as an employer of choice. Our virtual engagement opportunities include virtual employer information sessions and virtual employer networking events.
Virtual employer information session
Formally present information about your organization's corporate culture, recruitment processes, career pathways and employment opportunities to students via videoconference. Information sessions are promoted to students who are required to register for the session.
Virtual employer networking events
Meet students who want to connect with employers relevant to their field of study at one of our virtual networking events. Share information about your vision, career pathways, selection criteria and specific job opportunities in this informal virtual session that encourages students to network with you. Employer networking events are scheduled at various times throughout the year.
Virtual Conestoga job fairs
Conestoga hosts several job fairs to connect employers with talented, enthusiastic students. Recruit for full-time/graduate, co-op, seasonal and part-time employment opportunities using the latest virtual job fair technology.
Partners for Employment (P4E) virtual job and career fairs
Together with the University of Waterloo, Wilfrid Laurier University and the University of Guelph, Conestoga is pleased to host the P4E Job Fair and P4E Career Fair in February and September respectively. Co-op Student of the Year awards
Each year, Co-operative Education recognizes outstanding co-op students at a student awards ceremony in March.
Nominate your co-op student for an award by completing and submitting the
Nomination Form and a letter of support by mid-December.
These awards are made possible through the generous support of individual donations and corporate sponsorship.
