Build a career in business support with Conestoga's Office Administration - General certificate.

Are you organized, tech-savvy and ready to thrive in a fast-paced business environment? Conestoga's Office Administration - General certificate program is designed for high school graduates who want to launch a career in office support, administration or customer service.

In just one year, you'll gain the technical, organizational and communication skills needed to succeed in today's modern workplace. This hands-on program prepares you for roles such as administrative assistant, receptionist, payroll clerk and executive assistant. You'll learn essential business skills such as bookkeeping, document processing and customer service, while mastering the latest office software and technologies. With practical experience and career-focused training, you'll graduate ready to contribute to any professional team.

This program also provides a direct pathway into Conestoga's Office Administration - Executive diploma. If you choose to continue your studies, you can seamlessly advance and expand your career opportunities.

Students who successfully complete this program are eligible to apply to level 3 of the Office Administration - Executive (1096) diploma program. Space is limited and transfer applicants are not guaranteed a seat. Depending on the number of applications and the number of available seats, a ranking process may be used.
