Careers - September 2024

Graduates who complete the flight training concurrently with this program can find initial employment with a variety of air operators, typically flying small single and multi-engine aircraft. Graduates who do not complete the concurrent flight training can find initial employment as ground crew or related airside operations positions. Some graduates choose to pursue a flight instructor rating or a float plane rating to increase their opportunities. Building flight hours will allow graduate pilots to eventually fly larger, more complex aircraft. Long-term pilot employment prospects are excellent and many carriers are experiencing a pilot shortage.
